Pam graduated from Purdue University with an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. She went on to earn her Master’s Degree from IU. She taught third grade for twenty-eight years for the Carmel Clay School District. While she was a teacher, she was active in the teacher’s association as a negotiator, a building representative, vice president, and president. When she retired, she was elected to the Carmel School Board for three, four-year terms. She is the author of two books and is currently working on the third book in the series. In her spare time, she loves to sing in the choir at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, garden, bird watch, be with family, and watch her six grandchildren at swim meets, horse shows, football games, school concerts, and dances.
