Piet Kgagudi, Law Clerk
Piet graduated from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa in 2018 with his LLB in Law. Post-graduation he worked at Van Der Elst Attorneys as a candidate attorney appearing in the lower courts and assisting attorneys and advocates prepare for proceedings in the higher courts. He was in that position from 2019 until 2021 when he and his family emigrated to Indiana.
Piet was introduced to Adams Immigration Law when he and his family decided to relocate to Indiana which made his interest grow in the possibility of working for the firm. Piet aspires to assist other immigrants in their pursuit and hopes of living and/or working in the US.
Piet is originally from a small village in the Limpopo province of South Africa called Mohlaletse. He was introduced to the idea of America when he received a scholarship to the American International School of Johannesburg from the 7th to 12th grade.
Piet currently resides with his family in Carmel, Indiana. He is fluent in English, Sepedi, Isizulu and Sesotho, he also has an elementary proficiency in French, Isindebele, isiXhosa and Afrikaans.
