Alicia Stevance, Law Intern

Alicia Stevance is a third-year undergraduate student at Purdue University from Strasbourg, France, and Bamako, Mali. She is currently double majoring in Political Science and Global Studies and minoring in Spanish, Human Rights, and Peace Studies with a Public Policy Certificate. On her campus, she serves as the College of Liberal Arts’ Student Council President, Director of Governmental Relations and Mental Health for Purdue Student Government, Treasurer of the Francophone Student Association, and much more. Off-campus, she dedicates her efforts to service, her favorite servant leadership activity being the United Nations Foundations GirlUp Campaign. As an immigrant herself, Alicia not only understands the importance of this field but sympathizes with the challenges our clients are faced with day to day. That is why beyond Purdue, Alicia hopes to attend a prestigious law school for a degree in International Human Rights to one-day aid others in ways she wishes she could have been helped earlier.
